Dr Rose Trieu completed her physician training at Westmead Hospital, where she continued on to finish her specialist gastroenterology training. She undertook several years of additional fellowship training in gastrointestinal motility disorders in the renowned Neurogastroenterology Unit at Royal North Shore Hospital. Currently she is completing her PhD exploring diagnostic and therapeutic options for diseases affecting the anorectum such as chronic constipation, faecal incontinence and obstetric related anal sphincter injuries.
